Do you supply the materials or only construct?

We can supply materials only, but generally we supply and construct.

Do you have insurance?

We have Worker’s Compensation insurance and Public and Products Liability insurance.

Do you do repairs?

We don’t conduct small repair work, but we provide larger repairs such as reroofing a damaged roof.

Can you help me get council approval?

Of course! We can assist you with getting council approval for your designs.

Absolutely! The trusted Blue Scope Steel is our provider.

Pergolas

What is a pergola?

A pergola is an outdoor covered entertaining area. It is an investment and improves the value of properties.

What materials are best for a pergola?

We recommend and supply Colorbond steel posts and beams and roof sheets. We also use and recommend Wonderglass/Polycarbonate light panels and insulated roof panels. These ensure the best quality and value for money, so your pergola will stand the test of time. If you require a specific material, we can source it.

Can pergolas be custom made?

Yes, in fact we encourage custom made pergolas. This allows the best fitting and styles to be applied so you obtain the most functional and beautiful pergola available.

Do I need a permit for a pergola?

Sometimes. It depends on the size and council requirements for your specific area. We can help you apply and obtain permits if needed.

Can a pergola be built on a deck?

Absolutely. It may require custom measurements, but we can handle all that for you.

How long does it take to design and construct a pergola?

Typically, we allow two weeks between the initial deposit and the beginning of the construction. We take time beforehand to talk and work with you to agree upon a design and quote, after which the deposit is paid, and materials are sourced. Various factors impact the construction time such as size and style – but some can only take one day! The time for your specific pergola can be specified upon discussion.

Colorbond steel is our recommended material for posts and beams, as well as any roof sheeting. We also use  Wonderglass/polycarbonate light panels and insulated roof panels. If you require a specific material, we can source it.

We recommend a height of approximately 2.4m. Most family and business vehicles will fit in this space.

We recommend and supply Colorbond steel frames with hardwood Merbau decking boards or any composite hardwood or softwood. If you desire specific materials, we can source and install them for you.

Various factors impact the construction time such as size and the style. Some designs only take one day, but typically we allow two weeks. The time for your specific deck can be specified upon discussion.

We recommend and supply Colorbond steel posts and beams, Colorbond roof sheets, insulated roof panels, glass windows and flyscreen enclosure. If you desire a specific material, we can source and install that as well.
